“Did you ever wonder if the person in the puddle is real, and you’re just a reflection of him?”
Bill Watterson

My journey at Amal Academy is one of the great and brilliant time of my life. This span of three months have made a numbers of changes in me, It helps me to enlarge my social circle, to think out of the box and to learn different professional and personal skills with a diverse environment of fellows coming from every corner of Pakistan.

Online Session

The instance where I came to know that these Amal sessions are very different from our traditional classes is the time which mustered up my dedication towards this fellowship. In every session we did many different activities which are also beneficial for better understanding of the topic. The Debating part of this fellowship is my most liked part, actually I love to debate and when we have some debating task or session I took active part in it. This thing teaches that how to debate in a group professionally and by remaining in the boundaries of respect and gratitude.

Activity Time

Besides all these activities and sessions I want to share that when I reflect back and see myself three months ago, I feel that I have changed myself alot in both personal and professional manner. The concepts of khudi and constructive feedback are two main things which I emphasis to reflect upon. First time in my educational career I came to know about the thing “constructive feedback” because we are only immune to degrade and discourage other persons where as this concept tells us a great manner to dictate others efficiently.

I hope that I am able to inspire or motivate my fellow fellows with my convincing, time management and supportive skills. I am very grateful to the PM (Ma’am Yusra) and PA(Ma’am Arfa) of our batch that keep the “shamma roshan from their side” and tried to help and motivate us in every possible way.

I would also like to mention that I do have created a positive impact on my fellows during my whole journey in this fellowship by zero missed PWs, online sessions and online courses. I am always remain active in my Amal Circle and tried to help my other teammates with difficulties they faced. This thing reminds me of MVTP concept of Amal.

Appreciation

In nutshell, I would to thank my facilitators and fellows who remain supportive at every step in this fellowship and taught me some beautiful concepts and lessons of life. I will try my best to apply and implement these concepts in my coming life because it fulfills the real vision of Amal Academy.

Thank You Amal Team for giving me such a opportunity!
